I’m happy with it overall. For what I paid, it does the job and feels like a good value. Nothing super fancy, but definitely worth the money. Wait, actually, I didn’t expect to like it this much.

I picked up Nuun because the wording made it sound like a really clean, simple option, but once I actually read the ingredient list, I was disappointed. There are sweeteners and a bunch of extra stuff I wasn’t expecting and don’t really want in something I’d drink every day. The taste was fine, nothing terrible, but I just don’t love feeling like the product is marketed one way and then the label tells a different story. I’ll probably look for something with a much simpler ingredient list

The order arrived in good condition, just a bit later than I expected. I know delays happen, so I’m not making a big deal out of it, but I did want to mention it since I was waiting on it.

I ordered from nuunlife.com and everything seemed fine at first, but then my tracking just stopped updating for a few days. I needed the order by a certain date, so it was frustrating sitting there wondering if it was actually coming or not.
I ended up contacting customer service, and to be fair, the person who replied was polite. The problem is it took longer than I expected to hear back, and I had to send a follow-up email, which made the whole thing more annoying. It kind of ruined the plans I had around using the product that weekend.
The order did eventually show up and everything was fine with it, so I wouldn’t call it a terrible experience. I just wish the support had been quicker and more clear, because a simple update would’ve saved me a lot of stress.

I tried a few tubes, most of them tasted a little too fizzy and artificially sweet for my liking. The lemon lime was probably the best of the bunch, but even that had an aftertaste that made it tough to finish. I get that everyone’s taste is different, but for me, if something’s supposed to be easy to drink regularly, the flavor has to be more natural and balanced. Not really my thing.

I tried it twice to give it a fair shot, but it’s just way too sweet for me and kind of hard to get through. The company makes it sound all smooth and balanced, but that feels like marketing talk more than reality

First impression? The checkout was super simple. I didn’t have to think about it at all, which is exactly how it should be.
